1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the mpgcantieri.it website, contact forms, demo requests and, where applicable, the MPG Site Management software platform.
By using the website or requesting information, a demo or access to the platform, the user declares that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
2. Website and service owner
The website and service are managed by:

3. Service description
MPG Site Management is a digital platform for the operational management of construction sites, teams, attendance, daily reports, bills of quantities, work progress, cables, drums, materials and activities connected to technical and production management.
The service may include a web area, an administrative area, dedicated dashboards, functions for workers, foremen, supervisors and project managers, apps or mobile interfaces, reports and exports.
4. Information on the website
The information on the website is provided for descriptive and commercial purposes. MPG undertakes to keep it updated, but does not guarantee that every item of content is always complete, up to date or free from material errors.
Prices, modules, features, plans, commercial conditions and service availability may be changed, updated or customised according to the client’s requirements.
5. Demo requests and contacts
The user may submit contact or demo requests through the forms available on the website. Submitting a request does not automatically activate the service, nor does it oblige MPG to accept the activation of a demo or a contract.
MPG may evaluate the request, contact the client again, ask for further information and propose a technical or commercial configuration suitable for the specific case.
6. Bills of quantities, files and uploaded documents
If the client uploads bills of quantities, Excel files, PDFs, CSV files or other technical documents to configure a demo or the service, the client declares that they are entitled to transmit those documents and that their content does not infringe third-party rights, confidentiality obligations or applicable laws.
The uploaded files are used to analyse the client’s requirements, prepare a demo, configure the platform or assess a possible customisation. MPG does not publish these files and manages them as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Accounts and credentials
Access to some functions may require the creation of an account. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and for safeguarding their credentials.
The user must avoid unauthorised sharing of credentials and must promptly report any suspicious access or unauthorised use of the account.
8. User obligations
The user undertakes not to use the website or platform for:
- unlawful, fraudulent activities or activities contrary to applicable regulations;
- uploading harmful content, viruses, malware or compromised files;
- attempting unauthorised access to accounts, databases, servers or restricted areas;
- altering, copying, decompiling, reselling or distributing parts of the software without authorisation;
- entering false, incomplete or unauthorised data;
- using the platform for purposes other than those agreed or provided for by the service.
9. Business use and client responsibility
When the platform is used by a client company to manage employees, workers, sites, attendance, geolocation or work activities, the client company is responsible for the correct organisational configuration and for complying with the rules applicable to employment relationships, privacy, safety and worker information.
MPG provides the technical tool, but does not replace the legal, employment, trade-union, organisational or safety assessments that are the client’s responsibility.
10. Geolocation and operational functions
Some functions may involve GPS data, geofencing, clock-ins, site position, presence within the operational perimeter or similar information. These functions must be used by the client in compliance with applicable law and for lawful, proportionate purposes declared to the users concerned.
MPG is not responsible for improper use of these functions by the client or by users authorised by the client.
11. Customisations
MPG may assess platform customisations based on the client’s needs, industry, company type, operational processes, documents used and management objectives.
Any customisations, data imports, special configurations, additional modules, integrations or dedicated developments must be agreed separately and may involve specific costs, timelines and conditions.
12. Prices, plans and commercial conditions
Prices published on the website, where present, are indicative and may vary according to the requested configuration, number of sites, users, modules, imports, training, support, customisations and technical complexity.
The final economic conditions are those stated in the commercial offer, quotation, contract or specific agreement between MPG and the client.
13. Service availability
MPG undertakes to keep the service available and operational, subject to maintenance, updates, security requirements, technical issues, third-party providers, hosting, connectivity or force majeure events.
MPG may carry out updates or maintenance necessary to improve the security, stability and functionality of the platform.
14. Backups and data retention
MPG may set up technical backup and data retention systems according to the methods provided for by the service. However, unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client remains responsible for verifying the accuracy of the data entered, using exported reports and retaining company documents in accordance with its internal and legal obligations.
15. Intellectual property
The website, platform, code, interfaces, texts, graphics, trademark, layouts, software logic, dashboards and content created by MPG are protected by intellectual property laws.
The client or user does not acquire ownership rights over the software, but only the right to use it within the limits set out in the contract or authorisation granted.
16. Client content and data
Data, documents, bills of quantities, records, daily reports, technical information and content uploaded by the client remain under the client’s control, except as necessary for MPG to provide, configure, maintain or support the service.
17. Limitation of liability
MPG is not liable for damage arising from improper use of the platform, incorrect configurations by the client, inaccurately entered data, failure to verify reports, operational decisions made exclusively on the basis of the software, interruptions caused by third parties or events outside MPG’s reasonable control.
The platform is an operational and management support tool: it does not replace the client’s control, technical supervision, organisational responsibility and professional checks.
18. Suspension or limitation of access
MPG may suspend or limit access to the service in the event of unlawful use, breach of these Terms, security risks, non-payment, harmful conduct, unauthorised access or urgent technical needs.
19. Privacy and personal data
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and, for cookies, by the Cookie Policy.
In relationships with client companies, when MPG processes data on behalf of the client, a specific data processing agreement may be required pursuant to the applicable privacy legislation.
20. Changes to the Terms
MPG may update these Terms and Conditions for technical, commercial, regulatory or organisational reasons. The updated version will be published on this page.
21. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Unless otherwise required by mandatory law or otherwise agreed in writing with the client, any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction provided for by applicable legislation.
